What is an Excess Construction Charge and do I pay it?

Rarely, but sometimes there is an ECC cost. So we perform a survey before you commit to the line, if there is, we can add it to the monthly cost, pay it upfront, or cancel the order.

What are the standard SLA's?
Contended product: 24 hour fix. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Leased Lines: 6 hour fix. 24/7
Do I get a Fixed IP Address?

You get one free, you can buy as many as you need.

What about support?

Your support comes directly from the ISP. We connect you directly with the support team so there is no delay in installation or when you need assistance. We keep the price low and give you direct access to the ISP installation & support team. This saves you time and money.

Just how reliable is the service?

The connection is guaranteed to be up for 99.99% of the time. Full fibre is the most reliable internet connection available.

What is included in a contended (shared) line connection?

All contended lines come as wires only with an RJ45 connection, just add your own router or buy one from us. If you require a backup / failover connection, just ask.

What is included in a leased line connection?

All leased lines come with a fully managed router included in the price. If you require a backup / failover connection, just ask.

What about a Router?

You can supply your own and we can supply wires only with an RJ45 socket, or we can supply and install a router for a fully managed service. (We supply & install a router free of charge with all leased lines).

Can I upgrade mid-term?

Of course, we know things change. You can upgrade anytime and keep your existing IP Address.
